GROWTH MINDSET


The past few months have been a period of reflection, retreat and repositioning for people and organisations who have chosen to see the pandemic and the subsequent lockdown as a period of opportunity.

Three notable mindshifts this period has left me with are: -Knowledge is NOT power, the execution of knowledge actually is. Execution trumps knowledge everyday of the week. -The common trait of successful people and great leaders is simply a "growth mindset". They never stop. -Values are the unwritten and unspoken mindsets that guide your everyday action. They either build you up or leave you a mediocre.
